If you can't find those for free (even if you did, you'd be pirating), I would highly suggest Paint.NET

It's a smaller more lightweight program than Photoshop, but mostly it gets the job done.

im not sure if there is a site that you can download it for free. i know that there is other pitcure editing sites like picasa

if you want that you just have to google picasa and it will come up then download it.
photoshop is not free....but you can download for trial at http://www.soft32.com/download_346.html. if you want to use photo editing free you can use GIMP gimp-win.sourceforge.net/stable.html
