Photoshop help!!!! Thanks?

This probably is the fairly stupid.. But I am new with photoshop and I need to know how to bring a layer to the front. If that makes sense an answer ASAP would be awesome

I dont have my photo shop going atm ..its being glitchy ..but i do know that in paint shop ..all you have to do is select the layer ..then click on the layers tab at the top and choose arrange layers ..and move it to the top ..im pretty sure photo shop is very similair ..hope that helps

It should be as simple as clicking the layer on the layer window and dragging and moving it above the other layer
Click the layer you want to be on top, then click+hold the left mouse key over that layer.

While still holding, move your mouse up so that the layer you clicked will move to the top.

After moving, release the left mouse key.

And voila! That layer should be the front layer now.
