How do I upload new fonts onto Photoshop Cs3?

It is not a question of uploading to CS3 specifically, but it is a system wide installation. When you download a font, say from www.dafont.com , extract the file and but the actual font file and place it in C:\WINDOWS\Fonts and double click it to install it. It should be in the list of fonts in CS3. If not, restart CS3.
