Where can I find a rundown of Photoshop's basic workflow. I can always play around in order to learn more but im having difficulty getting started. I just want to know some very basic steps, any ideas?

photoshop comes with a few tutorials (accessible through the help system)... outside of that, its really a matter of just playing
