Ok, i copied a picture in Paint, and pasted it into Photoshop CS2 9. How do i make it so the background color (white) becomes transparent, and you cant see it over the other pictures?

Go to the layers window, and move the opacity down to a lower number. Make sure this layer is untop of the picture you want to see it over..

why do you need paint if you have photoshop?
You have to delete the white background to make it transparent. Select a magic wand tool, click on the white area so that a selection is created and press ctrl+x.
You have to save in gif or png extension to preserve transparency, don't save it as jpg
