Photoshop Elements won't start!?

This is the error message I'm getting all of a sudden:

"Your Adobe Photoshop Elements user name, organization, or serial number is missing or invalid. The application cannot continue and must now exit."

What is going on? I PAID for this program last year...does it expire? Please help, I really need to use it!

Here is one fix that has worked for others:

Go to C:\Documents and Settings\[your username]\Application Data\Adobe\Online Services

Delete the "Photoshop Elements 4.0.0" folder

Launch PSE4 again

I think your validation period is over.you said that you paid last year,if 1 year is over you to reactivate the license or else just uninstall the software and reinstall it,it may fix the problem.
