and i am watching ur question i have the same Question
there are loads but i cant remember their names. if you go on wikipedia and search photoshop then go down right at the bottome of the page there'll be some links.... i think one of the sites is called "worth1000" or something like that.
Try AOL they used to have some type of photo competition. I cannot remember what it was called.
