I got photoshop as a Christmas present and I still haven't used it :( I really wanna learn how to make banners, avatars and digital scrapbooks. Any good tutorial websites, or tips are appreciated.

There are a TON of photoshop tutorials out there.
The best imo, is http://www.lynda.com - great easy to follow videos - and reasonable monthly fee...

3 good ones there...but for more, if you just google "Photoshop Tutorials" SO many will come up...free ones...that lead you to other free ones through friends and affiliats. :)
Also another great way to learn PS is to simply get a book...there are TONS out there...so explore at a local bookstore, and see which ones sound good to you...also helps to checkout and read amazon.com reviews.

Bert Monroy is an insanely great Photoshop master artist. Note that on the site you can choose any of a number of ways to receive the tutorials (so these are downloadable which is really cool because it means you can keep them and watch them whenever you want!) And it's free!
