Mp3s open with Photoshop!!?

since upgrading to WMP11, my mp3s by default open with photoshop. Understandably, I cant hear and enjoy my music, so I right clicked, selected Open With, selected WPM, ticked always use this program box, clicked ok, but next time i try to open an mp3 it reverts back to photoshop... I am stumped... anyone cleverer than me out there that can point me in the right direction?

Many many thanks.xxxx

Open your window media player, click %26lt;Tools%26gt;, on the dialogue box that appear, click %26lt;File Types%26gt; tab, in the list select MP3 audio or you click %26lt;Select All%26gt; after this you click %26lt;Apply%26gt; or OK then you can open your MP3 music, if this did not solve the problem, this is another thing you can do.

Right click on any of your MP3 music and click %26lt;Open With%26gt; click choose programme if there is a menu after clicking Open With but there is no menu, search and click Window Media Player in the list, after this you click a check box which says %26lt;Always use this programme to open this kind of file%26gt; and click ok.

I hope i have tried enough, thanks.

dont know if im cleverer than anyone but i think you need this.

choose "always open with" its a tick box, so select wmp for .mp3 and click the tick....
you try all and now try a little just uninstall photoshop. i think by doing this you can get relief from this problem. later reinstall photoshop.
right click on mp3 file and select open with --%26gt; choose program --%26gt; and select the program and check "always use the selected program to open this kind of file"
right clik and try to open with its format instead of double clik
how bout uninstalling photoshop, or use wmp10 or use real player or any other player (VLC player) with ur mp3's
you could always just delete photoshop
Is the mp3 audio files box checked in WMP. Open WMP11 tools menu, under options make sure it is the default player under the files tab.
