How do I draw circles to fit around an object in photoshop 7?

open u r Photoshop ...do it following steps

step1: go ur tool box than select elliptical marquee tool from the tool box.before that create one new layer.

step 2: Draw the circles into u r new layer .

step 3: if u want the color inside the circles ,select paint bucket tool than fill the color.

step 4: if u want change the circles size ,select free transforms(ctrl+T) than change it .
