OMFG, I CANNOT FIND THE PEN TOOL IN MY PHOTOSHOP 5.5. CAN SOMEBODY SHOW ME A SCREENSHOT OR SOMETHING, OR JUST SIMPLY TELL ME WHERE THE THING IS? THANK YOU. . .

Hey I know how you feel, but your pen tool is not gone. Click that little circular bubble that's underneath your horizontal type tool (that big "T")...this should display a whole line of tools right under your top tool bar. You should see your "missing" pen tool under there, click on it Wham! "instapentool."
