How do I get the cross shape cusor in Photoshop Elements 4.0. I used it earlier to draw around DVD boxes because I found it easier to use and more accurate, but I can't remember how I got it. Any help will be very much appreciated.

not sure about elements, but on the full photoshop this is at the top of the tools box
