Photoshop Help Please !!! ???

i have just installed Adobe Photoshop CS3 Extended onto my computer but when i try to use the text too it says...

'could not complete your request because something prevented the text engine from being initialized'

does any know what i can do to fix this ???

Re install it
reinstall the program and try again!
Text driver hasnt installed properly, re-install the program.
