Photoshop skills?

I want to have a logo made for my band by someone that is skilled at photoshop.

Is there any forum or anything where I can post my request and someone will do it for free?

Try http://www.vexels.net/. I would suggest however offering some kind of incentive for the artist. If they valued their skill, they would want something in return usually, and it's only fair if you receive outstanding work.

Just out of curiosity, what kind of logo are you looking for? I do mostly web design work but I've done some graphic design.
