Whenever i start up photoshop the registration forum pops up and click register later. After that another message pops up with a red x ( i have vista home premium) that say you can not contiune without administrator rights. Thing is, i am the only account and i am the administrator. I have tryed logging off, shutting off, taking away all power, and repairing photoshop but none of those have worked. Any sugestions???

Try clicking on "register" to get past the box.

This is only one thread out of many. Search the forum, and if all else fails, call Adobe.
