Photoshop for Dummies?

I am so dumb when it comes to Photoshop and wanna learn how to use it so that I can make pics different effects,etc. I can dowload a free trial online but is there some dummy-proof way to learn how to use it?

I would recommend the video tutorials from total training. They are endorsed by Adobe and show you exactly what you need to be doing. They are a bit pricey, though.

not overyly complex and is step by step on what they show.

Otherwise, I play around in it. I get an idea of what I want and just start going.
use its help file u can learn many thing from it or also u can search on interenet...:)
tutorials, either from book or online are a great way to learn the program...to learn the menu choices and what they do,(and how to properly use them) takes time.

Do a search for photoshop tutorials.
