Photoshop, help?!?!?!?

I dont have photoshop right now and i have to edit some pictures for my presentation like make the picture black and white and leave some parts colored.

Which site can i go to thats free and something that i wont have to download.

You can't get something for free that you don't have to download. To install any software, even if it's free, will require downloading or at least having it on a CD to install from! Duh...
