They are all video tutorials on how to do stuff with Photoshop. You should not consider buying this unless you are very familiar with how to use Photoshop.
Cost is $180 (USD) which I think is a lot to pay for some tutorials.
They are excellent effects to create, somewhat specialized and just not for the beginner
