i want to photoshop a pic of me on a tropical island is there any way i can do it. i dont have photoshop on my computer and adobe wont work on my computer can someone please help thanks.

try paint shop pro, it is about the same, but a little easier. Until recently that is all I used for my web design.

Right click on the picture in the file, And go to "open with" There should be different programs in there. I use the Microsoft Editor.
