A lot of people have had trouble installing CS3. If you had the beta version installed before, you must remove it the "adobe" way. Link here:

I tried last night and had the same prob. looks like I have to call them. good luck, everything installs fine and when it came to adobecs3 its telling me invalid key even tho it accepts my product key. If you get it figured out let me know.
