OK, I have the brush in the drop down menu and everything, but when I try to use it, it says that its not compatible with the version of photoshop i have. Here's the brush url: http://.i18.tinypic.com/6ak476t.png. Is something wromng with it??? Or is it just the photoshop i have?

Photoshop Is a very reliable program..I've been using it for many years, and am experienced with most versions of it. Photoshop Elements is just a watered-down trial version of Photoshop, so I don't expect it to be able to use all Photoshop brushes. So I would say, it's just the version of Photoshop you have. You can get a trial version of the real Photoshop for free, I think, at the Adobe website. That way you'll be able to use all the brushes, and even create your own brushes. I feel your pain. its annoying when things just don't work, That is why I have many versions of browsers and photo editing tools and file sharing sites as some are more user friendly, all have there pros and cons.
