Can someone who is good at using the photoshop software tell me how to make blends. Or is there any websites can will show you how to make blended pictures using photoshop.

There are a million different ways to achive either collaging or compositing photos together. There are a ton of great free tutorials on the web. Your best bet is to do a google search. I typed in "Photoshop tutorials, blending pictures" and got a lot of awesome sites.
If you have a specific question on a step along the way, throw it up here, I'll keep my eyes out for it. Good luck!

Ohhh, I just love PS, the best place to learn the little trix is right in the readme file in the Adobe folder. Its where I learned alot of my trix....best of luck to you!
