Photoshop, 6 point star?

I need a photoshop tutorial on how to make a 6 point star, anyone know of one? please don't just send me to some random tutorial site to look unless you know for sure that it is there, I've been looking, have come across 5, 10 and up point star tutorials but I need a six point.

You didn't mention what version you have,In newer versions there should be one (a hexagram) in your preset manager of custom shape tools.

You can also create one using the polygonal lasso tool,create a new document (transparent) %26gt;%26gt; click lasso tool;polygonal %26gt;%26gt; define your first line and click to stop where it will end %26gt;%26gt; repeat until you have all 6 sides
