ok... im not sure if this is particularly a paint or photoshop question but... no matter what color i chose in photoshop for my brush color, it always comes out as grey. i thought it might just be photoshop so i opened up paint and tried painting just to find the same results. ive tried a lot of different things to fix it. ive tried doing spray paint and other paint types but it always comes out as grey. has anyone had this problem/knows how to fix it? thanks

when you open a new document, set it to RGB color instead of B%26W or Greyscale.
Upgrade your monitor to Color....
