ok so i just got photoshop and i would like to know how can u make a picture black%26white and leave just a few details in color......

There are many ways to do this but the easiest is to create two layers of your image. Now, working on the top layer - desaturate it. After this, still working on the top layer use the eraser tool and remove the parts you want the color to show through. Flatten your image and print.
